Interfall Co., a Ukrainian company and the patent holder of the biocompatible hydrogel, requested the invalidation of a patent for invention owned by China's Jilin Fuhua Medical Polymer Material Limited, on processing of the hydrogel, a widely used medical plastic material in China.

CHEMIOTECH, a Japanese company, was asked to answer a request filed by Nemoto & Co., Ltd., another Japanese company, for invalidation of the Chinese patent for invention of the luminant powder owned by CHEMIOTECH.

Mr. Yongli Fu, a Chinese patentee, appealed to Beijing High People's Court on the court ruling No. 769 made by Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court on invalidating the patent for utility model owned by Mr. Yongli Fu on the invention of a Flexible Rubber Connector. With DRAGON representing Mr. Fu in the case, Beijing Higher People's Court finally reversed the ruling made by Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court and announced the patent right owned by Mr.Fu valid.
